About us
Bellamundo UG is an audit company from Germany. We conduct online German exams via Zoom at levels A1 to C1. We develop, administer and score our German exams according to scientific standards.
What we are looking for
We are currently looking for additional auditors to perform our individual audits with Zoom on a fee-for-service basis. If you have previous experience in this field, are well versed in GER and Zoom, are a true computer expert, and are comfortable with the anonymous, rigorous, but personable examiner role, then you’ve come to the right place.
Procedure
The working hours can be set by you in the form of time slots around the clock completely flexible. You will thus receive bookings exactly at your preset times. The exams last approximately 2 hours, are conducted using zoom software, and consist of 70% proctoring and 30% oral portion. As the first examiner, you will be responsible for scoring the oral exam in our evaluation app and will be responsible for exam security and identification control.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a developer of online exams (German) on a fee basis. If you already have experience in this area, are well versed in the GER, are a true computer expert then you have come to the right place. You will need knowledge and experience of language assessment and development, as well as relevant knowledge and experience of CEFR language assessment. They are familiar with the various audit methods and instruments, are trained in validating audit procedures, and are qualified to analyze and interpret data.

About us – Bellamundo as licensor
Bellamundo UG develops and distributes standardized language examinations under the brand name Bellamundo German Examinations, which are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) of the Council of Europe. Bellamundo UG’s tests are developed, performed and evaluated according to the ISO29992 standard. Proof of quality is provided exclusively by German certification bodies. The legal framework is provided by laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Bellamundo UG grants licenses to institutions that support comparable values and authorizes them to organize and conduct Bellamundo examinations.
Information on the licensing of Bellamundo examination centers
The basis of the Bellamundo license is a contract between Bellamundo UG as licensor and an examination center as licensee. If an institution wants to become a Bellamundo examination center, it applies to Bellamundo UG and goes through a standardized licensing procedure.
Licensees are legal entities, usually private language schools, educational institutions, certified companies, academies, and comparable adult education institutions.
Scope of the license
1. the license is valid only for the licensee and is not transferable.
2. the license entitles the licensed examination center to conduct all examinations offered by Bellamundo UG on its own responsibility.
3. the license is site-specific. The test location may not be moved to another location without the prior consent of the Licensor.
4. bellamundo UG offers a comprehensive service. To ensure consistently high quality and reliability, all tests are evaluated centrally by Bellamundo UG. Likewise, Bellamundo UG issues the certificates and result sheets for examination candidates and archives the examination results for a period of five years.
5. the Bellamundo UG supports the examination center with a suitable training offer for the examiner qualification.
The license entitles and obligates the licensee to advertise with the Bellamundo logo and the designation “Bellamundo examination center” within the framework of the currently valid Bellamundo corporate design.
Requirements for the award of the license
The training operation must have been running for at least 3 years at the time of application. The legal form and a current excerpt from the commercial register are required as proof.
In addition, the following requirements apply:
Spatial equipment:
The licensee must have premises that comply with the Bellamundo Examination Regulations. These include an examination room, a waiting room and sanitary facilities. In particular, this requires sufficiently large rooms and suitable tables for the written examination so that a minimum distance of 1.50 meters can be maintained between the examination candidates, and a waiting room and an examination room for the oral examination.
Technical equipment:
The licensee must have a central office equipped with telephone and internet access. Rooms in which examinations take place must be equipped with computers with 21 inch monitors, mouse, keyboard and headphones.
Staffing:
The licensee must name a person responsible for the examination who is available during office hours and who is familiar with the examination-specific organizational instructions as well as the Bellamundo GTC and the examination regulations.
The teaching staff must have relevant qualifications, several years of experience in teaching languages, and a good knowledge of the CEFR and the communicative approach.
Language courses: In order for students to be adequately prepared for the Bellamundo exams, language classes must be aligned with the CEFR and have a communicative approach.
Internet presence: In order for interested parties to easily find the language courses offered and, in the case of licensing, information on Bellamundo examinations, the licensee must have a clear and informative website.
Obligations of the Licensee
The license obligates the licensee to comply with the respective valid examination regulations and the General Terms and Conditions of Bellamundo UG as well as the respective examination-specific implementation regulations.
The person responsible for the audit keeps himself/herself regularly informed about all aspects of the audit, assumes responsibility for audit security and audit performance, and is available to Bellamundo UG as a contact person.
The licensee undertakes to comply with the guidelines for the qualification of the test administrators and examiners laid down by Bellamundo UG in the examination regulations.
The Licensee agrees to provide a forecast for the number of exams per month.
Licensee agrees to set forth whether it is already a licensee of an alternative provider.
Withdrawal or termination of the license
In the event of non-compliance with the contractually agreed provisions or those set out in the examination regulations, Bellamundo UG is entitled to withdraw the license.
Deadlines for the ordinary termination of the license of both parties are specified in the license agreement.
